Denver Appliance Repair provides in-home appliance repair services in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area. By scheduling a service appointment, you agree to these terms of service.
When you schedule an appointment, you agree to:
A diagnostic fee may apply for the initial service visit. This fee covers the technician's time to diagnose the problem and provide a repair estimate. The diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair.
We provide upfront estimates before beginning any repair work. Prices are based on the diagnosed issue and required parts. You must approve the estimate before work begins. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair, in which case we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding.
All repairs are backed by a 90-day parts and labor warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the original repair, we will return to diagnose and repair it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover:
Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.
Denver Appliance Repair's liability for any repair is limited to the cost of the repair itself. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to food spoilage, property damage, or lost income resulting from appliance failure or repair delays.
We ask that you provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
