Last updated: June 1, 2026

1. Services

Denver Appliance Repair provides in-home appliance repair services in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area. By scheduling a service appointment, you agree to these terms of service.

2. Service Appointments

When you schedule an appointment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the appliance and the issue
  • Ensure a responsible adult (18+) is present during the service visit
  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance
  • Notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule

3. Diagnostic Fee

A diagnostic fee may apply for the initial service visit. This fee covers the technician's time to diagnose the problem and provide a repair estimate. The diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair.

4. Estimates and Pricing

We provide upfront estimates before beginning any repair work. Prices are based on the diagnosed issue and required parts. You must approve the estimate before work begins. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair, in which case we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding.

5. Parts and Labor Warranty

All repairs are backed by a 90-day parts and labor warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the original repair, we will return to diagnose and repair it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover:

  • New or unrelated issues that develop after the repair
  • Damage caused by misuse, power surges, or improper installation
  • Appliances that have been serviced by another technician after our repair

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Denver Appliance Repair's liability for any repair is limited to the cost of the repair itself. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to food spoilage, property damage, or lost income resulting from appliance failure or repair delays.

8. Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
